This is the worst pavilion design I’ve seen…

it’s like they are not even trying at all…
I guess there’s the whole recession that prevents even a good artist rendition of the last minute plan…
or is it just laziness and the whole cultural lack of excitement for the advancement of society.
The whole thing just exudes a feeling of a lack of hope…

Construction of the pavilions in the 2010 World Expo is well underway. They are really quite impressive.
Take Saudi Arabia’s for example:
“So far 200 million yuan (US$29.3 million) has been spent on the pavilion, which is now 20 percent complete. It may end up being the most expensive pavilion at World Expo 2010 as the Middle-East country said it has no budget limit, according to Mohammed Alisssan Al-Ghamdi, executive director of Saudi Commission Expo 2010 Shanghai China.” my other favorites include Turkey 
Romania
and others. Notice how they are all not what you would consider “first world” powers.
